ICT 1st Level Support
Your tasks
- Receiving technical fault reports from customers in the areas of client/server, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of IT services and business applications via email or telephone.
- Registration and processing of fault reports in the ticketing tool.
- Conduct initial analysis of the fault and resolve simple faults in the area of client/server administration.
- Independently implementing small ICT projects.
- Evaluation, procurement, installation, and maintenance of ICT components.
- Migration and expansion of customer environments.
Your profile
- Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ (preferably in System Engineering) or an equivalent education, professional experience is advantageous.

ICT Installer/Electrician with IT Flair
Your tasks
- Coordination and preparation of multimedia installations.
- Assembly, installations, configurations, and commissioning of audio and TV devices.
- Testing of devices, fault analysis, and repairs on CE devices.
- Service and maintenance work.

Your profile
- Completed training as a radio-TV electrician, telematics technician, electrician, or similar qualification.

IT Platform Developer
Your tasks
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server, client, and network environments.
- Management and further development of our IT infrastructure (both on-premises and cloud-based).
- Ensuring system availability, including backup and security solutions.
- Support with the integration of new software and hardware components.
- Monitoring systems using monitoring tools and troubleshooting issues.
- Assisting 1st and 2nd level support with technical inquiries.

Your profile
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, specialization in platform development
Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar platforms)

Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and networking is an advantage
Independent and solution-oriented working style

Your tasks
- Optimizing the existing Vue.js frontend application.
